Dublin City Council Waste Management Services – Christmas/New Year arrangements 

The Waste Department of Dublin City Council has confirmed to me the following opening hours for the Grangegorman Bring Centre and Shamrock Terrace Recycling Centre over the Christmas & New Year period:


GRANGEGORMAN:



SHAMROCK TERRACE:



CHRISTMAS TREE RECYCLING:

Christmas trees will be accepted free of charge between January 3rd and 22nd in Croke Park (behind the Cuasck Stand) and Grangegorman Bring Centre.

The opening times for Croke Park are:

  • January 4th, 5th & 6th: 8am – 8pm.
  • January 7th & 8th: 10am – 4pm.
  • January 9th – 13th: 8am – 8pm.
  • January 14th & 15th: 10am – 4pm.

The opening times for Grangegorman Bring Centre are:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9am – 4pm.
  • Friday: 9am – 1pm.
  • Saturday: 10am – 4pm.
  • The Grangegorman Bring Centre will also be open on Sunday January 8th, 15th and 22nd between 12noon and 4pm to facilitate the recycling of Christmas trees and additional Christmas packaging.
