#NorthInnerCity Choice Based Housing Lettings – March 2023 Update

The North Inner City Area Office has advertised 14 vacant homes within Area H that are available through the scheme of Choice Based Lettings.

There are two one-bedroom homes and twelve two-bedroom properties available. These units are being let in:

• Empress Place
• Spencer Dock (two properties available)
• Gardiner Street Flat complex
• Rutland Street Lower
• Poplar Row
• North William Street (two properties available)
• Marlborough Court
• Liberty House (two properties available)
• Charleville Mall (two properties available)
• Dunne Street (two properties available)

You can submit an expression of interest to the Central Area Office in person or by email.

Officials will receive your application at the Area HQ, 51/53 Sean McDermott Street Lower, Dublin 1 or by email at NEIC.CBL@dublincity.ie.

Anyone wishing to apply must have selected Area H among their area of preferences on their housing application.
