City Council assessing potential for additional housing in St.Bricin’s Park

At this month’s Dublin Central Area Committee meeting today, I sought greater information from the Housing Department of Dublin City Council in respect of plans being developed for additional housing in St. Bricin’s Park, Arbour Hill.
It has been confirmed to me that a feasibility study has been completed by the Housing Department for infill development in St. Bricin’s Park. Following completion of this feasibility study, the Housing Department will now examine the options available in greater detail over the coming weeks. On foot of this work, I understand a more informed and developed report will be presented to local Councillors. I expect that this report will be presented early in 2021.
