Blessington Street planning application
An application seeking planning permission has been submitted to Dublin City Council for the protected structure at 42 & 43 Blessington Street, Phibsborough, Dublin 7.
The application was lodged on November 6th last and it seeks to change the commercial nature of the existing buildings to residential use. The application, should it be successful, would see a new extension built replacing the existing single stores at the rear to develop 28 aparthotels. The deadline for submissions or observations to be lodged with the Planning Department of Dublin City Council is December 11th next.
In the event that you would like to meet with officials of the Planning Department of Dublin City Council to discuss this application and any concerns, which you may have, I will be more than happy to set up a meeting for you and other residents to engage directly with those Council officials.
If you have any questions or queries about any aspect of this planning application, please contact me at raymcadam@gmail.com.
