STONEYBATTER MATTERS -PLANNED LOCAL ROAD CLOSURES

AUGHRIM STREET RE-SURFACING WORKS

The Roads Maintenance Division of Dublin City Council will be upgrading the road surface of Aughrim Street between the junction with Prussia Street and the junction of Aughrim Street with St. Joseph’s Road. These works are in line with the funding I helped to secure in the North Inner City Works Programme 2017.

The works are expected to be undertaken between Tuesday August 8th and Tuesday August 15th next. Therefore, the Roads Maintenance Division has successfully sought to have this particular stretch of Aughrim Street closed between 6am and 9pm, each day between August 8th and 15th next. Therefore, Dublin City Council will be putting in place a temporary traffic management plan for the duration of the planned works.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN

• Traffic on Blackhorse Avenue wishing to access Manor Street will be diverted via North Circular Road and Prussia Street.
