HENDRICK STREET PLANNING APPLICATION (3613/16)

As your local Fine Gael Councillor, I am working to represent and deal with local and city-wide issues on Dublin City Council. Local Planning and development can however, have a big impact on our community. I am therefore writing to notify you of the following planning application that may be of interest to you.

LOCATION OF PLANNING APPLICATION:
6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11 Hendrick Street, Dublin 7.

KEY POINTS OF PLANNING APPLICATION:
• Demolition of all existing structures on the entire site.
• Construction of 175 bedroom hotel.
• The proposed development will vary in height from between five and seven storeys.
• A landscaped external central courtyard will be constructed around the new development.
• No plan to construct or providing any car-parking facilities in the planning application.

The Planning reference number is 3613/16.
