STABILISATION WORKS ON THE CLOCK TOWER BUILDING

In recent days, the Grangegorman Development Agency have advised that stabilisation and repair works on the historic Clock Tower building have got underway.
Tolmac Construction Ltd has been selected as the contractor to complete these works. As you know the Clock Tower is one of the protected structures within the Grangegorman campus and the works that are now underway, to prevent a further deterioration in the condition of the building. The works that Tolmac Construction Ltd will complete include roofing works, structural timber repair, masonry work, and window repairs to the areas most in need of it. It is expected that these works will take approximately eight months to complete.
The contractor will access the Clock Tower Building via the North Circular Road construction entrance and will use the construction crossing point on Grangegorman Lower.
