Ordering your Bulky Waste collection online

Good News! Dublin City Council’s online bulky waste ordering system has now gone fully online!!
You can now request and pay for a service collection 24/7 as the entire process is fully automated through the Citizen Hub Platform. Anyone looking to order a Bulky Waste collection, can now complete the ordering process from beginning to end including making secure payment without the need to go through the Council’s Customer Services Department.
While there has been no material change to the actual service itself , how it operates or cost, Dublin City Council has improved the ordering process and to enable customers to access the service at any time of the day or night.
The online order form can be accessed at https://citizenhub.dublincity.ie.
Alternatively, you can go online at www.dublincity.ie/residential/environment/waste-and-recycling/bulky-household-waste-collection-services.
If you require any further assistance, the Council’s Customer Services Department remains available to help, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm by calling 01 222 2222.
