Update on home size for #NorthInnerCity housing projects

Earlier in the summer, I received queries about the size of some of the new public housing units being built across the North Inner City.
Since then, I have been pursuing this with the City Council and am now able to provide the information sought.
Dominick Street (Phase 1): 72 homes in total:

Sean Foster Place (North King Street): 30 homes:

O’Devaney Gardens (Phase 1): 56 homes:

27x 2 bedroom units

North King Street (Approved Housing Body): 30 homes:
11x 1 bedroom apartments
15x 2 bedroom apartments
4x 3 bedroom apartments
- Completion Date: Quarter 3, 2022.
Ellis Court: 22 homes:
6x 1 bedroom apartments
15x 2 bedroom apartments

- Completion Date: Quarter 1, 2021.
Dorset Street (Approved Housing Body): 9 homes:
