LOCATION OF PLANNING APPLICATION:

No. 20, Stoneybatter and the lands to the rear of 20-23a Stoneybatter, and 1-2a Monor Street, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7.

KEY ASPECTS OF THE PLANNING APPLICATION:

⁃ Demolition of all existing structures on site including 20 Stoneybatter.

⁃ Construction of a 3-5 storey Student Accommodation development comprising a main block and Gatehouse.

⁃ The proposed Gatehouse is to be built on the site of 20 Stoneybatter.

⁃ Provision of 142 bed-space student accommodation complex, comprising 19 cluster units made up of:
