⁃ Demolition of the existing two single storey structures.

⁃ Restoration and repair of the existing building

⁃ Construction of two single storey extensions containing;

⁃ Shower and WC facilities at the rear,

⁃ Enlarging of an existing window for use as a new entrance door onto Coleraine Street,

⁃ and associated site works.

The Planning Reference Number for this application is 4238/18.
