Montpelier Hill ROAD CLOSURE
The Roads & Traffic Department of Dublin City Council has approved a temporary closure of Montpelier Hill between June 4th and 15th 2018.
The purpose of the temporary road closure is to allow Gas Networks Ireland to facilities necessary improvement works in the area. The temporary road closure order will come into effect from 00:00 on Monday, June 4th and will remain in place until 23:59 on Friday, June 15th.
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN
I understand that alternative traffic arrangements will be put in place by Dublin City Council and the following arrangements will apply:
• Traffic on Infirmary Road wishing to travel on Montpelier Hill to Arbour Hill will be diverted via North Circular Road, Oxmantown Road and Ard Righ Road.
• Traffic on Arbour Hill wishing to travel on Montpelier Hill to Infirmary Road will be diverted via Ard Righ Road, Oxmantown Road and North Circular Road.
• Pedestrian and local access will be maintained.
