MAIN ASPECTS OF PLANNING APPLICATION:

  • Permission for the Development adjacent to existing protected structures.

  • The application comprises of alteration, revision and extension to the existing planning permission as contained in 2882/15.

  • The principle changes involve the compliance with condition 4 of the 2882/15 planning permission.
