New planning application lodged for vacant Stoneybatter site
A planning application has been lodged with Dublin CIty Council to develop the long vacant piece of land next to Lloyds’ Pharmacy in Stoneybatter.
The application was lodged by Coady Architects on behalf of Bartra Real Estate Ltd. The proposed development consists of the construction of a seven storey/ four storey building consisting of 23 apartments. The breakdown of new homes will be 6 1xbedroom units, 14 2x bedroom units and 3 3xbedroom units. Balconies will be provided on the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth floor levels. Twenty-four bicycle spaces are also proposed within the application and facilities including a communal open space, play space and other development works.
The application was lodged on July 28th last and the final day for observations is August 31st next. The reference number for the planning application is 3538/17.
