Enhancing #NorthWall’s Rainbow Park

During last year’s Local Elections, I committed to securing an upgrade of the Rainbow Park in the North Wall. My colleague, and local T.D., Minister Paschal Donohoe sought re-election in the General Election on a platform that contained a similar commitment.
Since then, we have been working with officials in Dublin City Council to advance plans to upgrade and enhance Rainbow Park. I am pleased to confirm that the City Council’s Parks Department is in the process of reviewing the existing design of Rainbow Park in order to facilitate even greater use of this public amenity and space. When the Landscape Architect has prepared drawings and developed proposals, I will share them with you and the local community to get your feedback and then work to keep an agreed plan implemented.
If you have any questions or queries about this initiative, please get in touch with me by email or any of my social media channels.
