47 new homes to be allocated in #Dublin1

The Circle Housing complex on Railway Street at Railway Court will soon be ready to be allocated to families and new tenants.

In total, 47 homes will be available, comprising 10x 1-bedroom apartments, 27 x 2-bedroom apartments, 5 x 3-bedroom apartments and 5 x 3-bedroom duplexes. I expect successful applicants will be moving into their new homes across March and April of this year.

Circle Housing and Dublin City Council have agreed that the approach to allocating homes in Railway Court will be through Dublin City Council’s Choice Based Lettings Scheme. Details of the Railway Court development are available below:
