Workday HQ Grangegorman Info. Sessions

A quick reminder about the planned Workday HQ development information sessions taking place this week.

Workday, their Design Team lead Henry J Lyons and the Grangegorman Development Agency will be available in the East Quad Foyer between 3.30pm and 7.30pm, on Wednesday (August 16th) and Thursday (August 17th) next.

The purpose of these sessions is to share with local residents details of Workdays plans to develop part of the Grangegorman site for use as their European HQ. The office development is the first industry-led commercial project to be developed on the campus. The project will be spread over 1,28 hectares and subdivided into two plots. A temporary HSE building is located on one plot while the second is an open brown field site separated by St Brendan’s Way. The development will provide a new International headquarters for Workday in Ireland and office accommodation for approximately 3,500 staff.

I understand that a formal application seeking planning permission will shortly be submitted to Dublin City Council but before it does, these information sessions will provide a greater opportunity for all of us in the Dublin 7 area to learn more about what exactly is planned as part of this development.
